Dad lost his battle with IPF on 8th February 2013, after being diagnosed in January 2009. A page to celebrate the life of a loving husband, a great dad, a magical grandad, a best friend, a coach, a mentor, the font of all knowledge, a great singer and dancer (last two questionable ;-)). Please join in and post any pictures/anecdotes you may have to an unassuming father, grandad and husband who brought so much light and happiness to everyone he knew. A man who not only loved the simple pleasures in life but truly treasured them. A good ale, a delicious meal, his beloved red devils, a filthy joke and his beautiful garden. A lesson to us all to live every day as if it were your last and enjoy every second of those you love and those who make you smile.
